Visitors can rate AI responses using a simple thumbs up/down system. Ratings help you understand response quality and improve training.

After a response, visitors can:

Ratings are submitted via a public rating endpoint tied to the session.

How Ratings Are Tracked

Ratings are stored per conversation session.

You can:

  • Monitor rating trends
  • Identify negative feedback
  • Improve Data Sources if accuracy drops

Ratings do not alter answers automatically. They serve as feedback signals.
