Understanding Monthly Limits and Reset

Your monthly conversation limit resets automatically based on your plan’s reset date.


Overview

Witzo tracks usage monthly. The reset follows the plan_reset_date logic stored in your subscription.

Reset Logic

Each account has a reset date tied to its subscription cycle.

When the reset date arrives:

  • Used conversations are reset to zero
  • Your full monthly limit becomes available again

The reset is automatic. No manual action is required.

Plan Reset Date

Your reset date depends on when your plan was activated.

Example

  1. You upgrade on March 10
  2. Your limit resets on April 10
  3. Then every month on the 10th

The reset is rolling, not calendar-based.

Dashboard Usage Tracking

You can monitor usage inside:

Go to Dashboard → Analytics

You will see:

  • Used conversations
  • Remaining conversations
  • Total monthly limit

The dashboard reflects real-time usage tracking.
If you are close to your limit, you will see reduced remaining count before blocking occurs.

Important Notes
  • Upgrading your plan changes your monthly limit immediately.
  • Plan downgrade behavior depends on your billing state and subscription logic.
