Subscription Management and Cancellation
Manage your subscription status and understand what happens when you cancel your Witzo plan
Overview
Your subscription determines your active plan, feature access, and usage limits.
Note:Subscription-related status fields exist in the current implementation (Witzo Desc).
Plan Status
Your account can have one of the following statuses:

| Cancelled |
You can check your plan status in:
Dashboard -> Billing
Your active plan determines:

| Feature access |
If payment fails, plan access may be restricted depending on billing configuration.
Cancellation Behavior
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Dashboard -> Billing.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm cancellation.
After cancellation:
| Result |
|---|
| Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. |
| At cycle end, your account reverts to the Free plan limits. |

Data Impact After Cancellation
When your plan reverts to Free:
Pages
If you trained more than 15 pages:
| Result |
|---|
| Only the first 15 remain within Free limits. |
| Additional pages may not be accessible for retraining until upgrade. |
Documents
If you uploaded more than 4 documents:
| Result |
|---|
| Only 4 remain within Free limits. |
| Extra documents are not processed further unless you upgrade again. |
Leads
If you stored more than 3 leads:
| Result |
|---|
| Existing leads remain visible. |
| New leads beyond Free limit are not stored. |
Conversations
| Result |
|---|
| Conversation limit adjusts to Free monthly allowance. |
| No automatic deletion occurs during downgrade. |
Your historical data remains in the system unless manually deleted.
Important Notes
Refund logic is not defined in the current billing implementation (Witzo Desc).
Deleting your account requires a dedicated account deletion workflow.
GDPR compliance requires operational and legal processes beyond system behavior.
