CRM Integrations (Enterprise)

Connect Witzo with your CRM on the Enterprise plan to sync leads, conversations, and customer data.


Capability Gating

CRM integration is restricted to Enterprise.

Plan Restriction:Available on Standard and Enterprise only.

Free and Basic plans do not include CRM integration capability.

Implementation Status

The system supports CRM integration at capability level. However:

Pre-built connectors (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) are not fully surfaced as plug-and-play dashboard options. Mapping workflows are not exposed as a complete self-serve interface. CRM integration requires implementation configuration aligned with your Enterprise setup.

Mapping Considerations

1. Lead Field Mapping

Match Witzo Lead storage fields with your CRM fields:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Message summary
  • Timestamp

2. Duplicate Handling

Define how duplicates are treated:

OverwriteMergeIgnore

3. Follow-Up Ownership

Determine:

  • Which sales pipeline
  • Which assigned user
  • Which lifecycle stage

3. Data Sync Direction

Current focus is outbound lead push from Witzo to CRM.

Two-way sync behavior must be defined in implementation scope.

Important Notes Or Limitations
  • CRM integration UI is not fully productized in the dashboard.
  • Connector-specific configuration may require Enterprise onboarding setup.
  • Mapping screens are not currently exposed as a dedicated configuration module.
